Attention! As with any information that
you submit online, you must always exercise
caution. When you sign up for PayPal, you
submit your credit card or bank account numbers.
After you sign up, they KNOW your information,
so they will NOT contact you via email to have
you give them your account information, not even
to update your account. NEVER
REPLY to an unsolicited email or go to any link
from an email to provide any information.
If you receive an email that looks like it is
from PayPal, check to see if it addresses you by
NAME. If it does not, it is not from
PayPal, no matter how real it looks. If
you are uncertain whether an email you receive
is real or not, forward the email to
spoof@paypal.com and ask if it is
legitimate. They will respond to you very
quickly. If you receive an email that asks
for any personal information, it is in your
best interest to go DIRECTLY to PayPal by typing
in the address
www.paypal.com and going to your account.
If you need to update any information, there
will be a message there for you. BE VERY
SUSPICIOUS OF ANY EMAIL THAT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT
HAVE BEEN
SENT BY PAYPAL. (If you would like to
forward any email you receive that appears to be from PayPal, we will be glad
to verify it for you. Just forward it to
customerservice@4secondarysolutions.com)
Important: PayPal and its representatives will NEVER ask you to reveal your
password. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. If anyone claiming to work for
PayPal asks for your password under any circumstances, by email or by phone,
please refuse and immediately contact PayPal via their secure webform online.
